I have bought my white audi Q7 s line from Shaks specialist cars I came in on a sunday and took the Q7 which i was looking for some time, Azz the sales person who served me a week ago was not their but shakes the owner was their to serve me, its very rear to get a owner to give you a service like that I was stunning service from Azz the sales person. I had been looking for a blue 2007 Audi s3 8p with sat nav, bucket seats, and Bose sound system. I came across Shaks website and fell in love with the shear standard of cars that he dealt with. I sent a general enquiry to Adam who works for Shak. I asked Adam about 10 different questions about the car, He held his hand up and said he couldn’t answer all the questions off the top of his head, He told me he would find out what I was asking and call me back, sure enough he phoned me back the same day to answer my questions, he also sent me pictures of specific area that I thought were suspect, I was happy with what I had seen and heard from Adam. We then discussed travel for me and my girlfriend as I was travelling down from Aberdeen.

I took a flight to Manchester then a train from Manchester to Huddersfield, Adam picked us up at the train station in Huddersfield with the S3 that I was purchasing, He drove us to Huddersfield then pulled over and let me give it a road test, I took it over bumps,hills,windy roads listening for knocks/rattles. I was happy with the condition and spec so we headed back to the office. At the office we met Shak who was also I very nice man. Everything was discusses to me fully. I then went ahead with the purchase and drove away a happy customer.

Small points that I liked about the service which were unexpected: I got £150 off the price of the car as it only came with one key, he got the car buffed up and the alloys refurbished for me and he gave me the receipt which cost him £700.

Once I got home I got the car serviced and checked over. The brake pads were very low, I sent Adam an email with the invoice for the pads and a photo of them. He greatly apologised and sent a cheque to me for the price of the pads which again he could have just told me to do one but Adam is a good man aswell.

"I recently bought a Ferrari F430 from Shak's Specialist Cars in Huddersfield and have to say that the quality of service I received thought-out the transaction was outstanding. I have previously bought three high performance sports cars from different main dealers in London but the quality of service I received from SSC was far superior in every way.

Despite me being based in London the transaction was completed with the utmost ease and nothing was too much trouble for Shak and his team. Shak arranged for a full 190 point Ferrari inspection to be carried out, paid for the car to be serviced by a Ferrari main dealer and at my request arranged for rear parking sensors to be fitted.

Furthermore, since I could only collect the car after work on a weekday, it meant that I arrived in Huddersfield at 8:30 p.m. at night. Nonetheless, I was met at the train station by Shak himself and the transaction was completed smoothly with Shak insisting I couldn't leave Huddersfield without him buying me dinner. Like the service I received from SSC, the food was equally exceptional. Not sure what time Shak eventually got home but it was 11:45 p.m. by the time we left the restaurant and Shak guided me onto the motorway.

The car is flawless and I cannot recommend Shak and his team highly enough. I will definitely be back for my next purchase!"

I had been viewing the car on the website www.s-c-c.co.uk in Huddersfield for some time watching the car and looking at the photos and description, really just dreaming that one day I would be able to purchase such a car and was initially looking for next year but the colour and the spec was absolutely spot on so I couldn't wait.

I made an initial telephone enquiry to check the cars availability and when I could book a test drive, all this was handled very promptly and without fuss - with no horrible "dodgy salesman's tricks" JUST PLAIN TALKING which was such a refreshing change, I can tell you these guys are so busy as the phone never stops ringing - and it is always answered!

Test drive over and pick up schedule booked for two days time - handover was excellent and on time, all jobs completed on the car which included paint chips and spare keys and also two new rear tyres - paperwork was all completed including a HPI check and all the service documents - I was also astounded to get a full warranty for three months that could be used at any U.K. garage and was the top one available so no expense spared there either. All my documents were handed to me in a wallet inc new driver details and all receipts and HPI documents - Shak even posted on all my relevant paperwork for me and was never too busy to answer any emails or questions.

"Buying a used car can be a stressful experience but I have to say from the moment I walked onto SSC’s forecourt my family & myself felt completely at ease. There was none of the pushy sales people you come to expect when visiting such establishments, just people willing to help & advise when needed. The test drive was arranged promptly, despite my selected car being sited in the worst possible location on the forecourt.

After the test drive the car had pretty much sold itself however there is always that nagging doubt in the back of your mind about is it the right vehicle? will anything go wrong with it? are the dealers reputable? Everybody has a horror story about a used car purchase/a dodgy car dealer where things have gone horribly wrong. Having not dealt with SSC before you could have those same fears here but once again your customer service excelled itself and you certainly earned my trust.

Now a fortnight on and your customer service continues to excel, I came home yesterday to receive a thank you letter enquiring if everything is okay, which of course it is. The small details are what count and companies who go that extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied deserve every success. I wish everyone at SSC all the very best & I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone who cares to listen.

From the time I made the initial enquiry about the A5 to the collection of the vehicle, all the staff were very helpful and willing. I have always purchased my cars from Audi dealers whether it be a new or a used car because of the level of service they provided me with.

When I saw the A5 advertised which had the spec I was looking for I had to buy it even though it was from an independent dealer. If I am being honest, the level of service I received from Shaks and his team was something else. When I went to see Shaks for the A5 I did not feel that I am being pressured into buying the car. When you are buying a car from the dealers it sometimes feels as if you are being pushed into the purchase so that the sales person can meet his monthly target.

I did not get this impression from Shaks and this is what made the whole experience of viewing the car more pleasant. His sales approach felt genuine. The test drive was an experience in itself. Shaks went through the whole of the car with respect to all the functions/features the A5 had. It did take a while as this A5 had many many extras (not boasting honestly!!).

The level of professionalism Shaks team has shown me I can honeslty say that my next car will be from Shaks. NO NEED TO GO TO THE DEALERS TO GET THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE. Thanks guys!!"

For a 3 year old 85000 mile car it drives more like a 20000 mile 1 year old car and looks it too. Exactly as described great condition throughout. Everything that was agreed was done not like other dealers trying to save every penny they can and accidentally forgetting to do a few of the things. They even had time to show me how all the controls worked and how to change a few settings before I left. Great team and I will definitely be using again."

For everyone who reads my message these guys are great they have lovely classy cars but most of all customer care. I drove 200miles to buy a car when I arrived I was shown the car which was super clean and sparkling and as described over the phone. All paper work was done for me, my privet number plate was dealt with.

They even made new number plates with my private registration and sent them to me free of charge.

Shouldn't really say this but on my way back to London they took me to a local petrol station and filled my tank up for my journey home (now that's customer care!) Believe me my trip back down the M1 to London in my new S5 was well worth it.
